摘要
目的对植入永久性心脏起搏器心律正常与起搏器心律异常诊断的分析。方法将180例植入永久性起搏器正常起搏心律和60例植入永久性起搏器异常起搏心律的诊断进行分析。结果 180例起搏心律正常。60例起搏器起搏心律异常中:起搏功能异常20例(33.33%),起搏器功能改变18例(30.00%),起搏介导心动过速22(36.66%),3组比较无显著性差异,P>0.05。180例起搏心律正常100%,与起搏心律异常组比较,P<0.01。结论植入起搏器后起搏心律正常和起搏心律异常的正确诊断对接受植入起搏器患者的生活质量及预后具有重要意义。
Objective to analysis diagnosis of pace rate normal and abnormal of heart pacemaker implantation.Methods to analysis diagnosis of one hundred eighty patients heart pacemaker implantation pace rate normal and sixty patients heart pacemaker implantation pace rate abnormal.Results the one hundred eighty patients heart pacemaker implantation pace rate normal.The sixty patients heart pacemaker implantation pace rate between：pace-making function abnormal was twenty patients（33.33%）,pace-making function change eighteen patients（300.00%）,pace-making intervene tachycardia twenty-two patients（36.66%）,the three gro-ups comparson of,no markedness difflerence,P 0.05.the comparson of one hundred eighty patients pace rate normal was 100%,and sixty patients pace rate abnormal group,P 0.01.Conclusion the heart pacemaker implantation after pace rate normal and pace rate abnormal correct of diagnosis to accept heart pacemaker implantation in patients quality of life and have prognostic significance important.
