摘要 患者男，65岁，原位心脏移植术后1年半，发作性心悸、气短14个月，加重半个月入院。患者1994年因风湿性心脏病于北京安贞医院行主动脉瓣机械瓣置换术，术后仍有胸闷、气短、端坐呼吸及双下肢水肿，药物治疗症状无改善，于2010年11月23在阜外心血管病医院行原位心脏移植术。
