原位心脏移植术后1.5年发生病态窦房结综合征植入DDD起搏器一例 被引量:2

摘要 患者男,65岁,原位心脏移植术后1年半,发作性心悸、气短14个月,加重半个月入院。患者1994年因风湿性心脏病于北京安贞医院行主动脉瓣机械瓣置换术,术后仍有胸闷、气短、端坐呼吸及双下肢水肿,药物治疗症状无改善,于2010年11月23在阜外心血管病医院行原位心脏移植术。
