摘要
我们观察了10例烧伤病人伤后2天,3～5天,6～10天的红细胞膜流动性、血浆过氧化脂质含量、红细胞异形率及脆性的变化。结果表明:伤后病人红细胞膜流动性下降,血浆过氧化脂质含量、红细胞异形率和脆性均明显升高(P<O.01)。我们认为:烧伤后自由基损伤红细胞膜可能是这些变化的原因之一。提示应用抗自由基药物对保护红细胞结构功能、促进血液循环有益。
We have observed RBC membrane fluidity, serum lipid peroxide,RBC de- formability and fragility in 10 burn patients on PBD 2,3～5 and 6～10. The results showed that there was a reduction of RBC membrane fluidity and, on the contrary,there was an ele- vation in the contents of serum lipid peroxide and RBC deformability and fragility (All P< 0.01). We consider that damage of RBC membrane by free radicals may be one of the rea- sons of the above changes,and anti--free radical drugs may be beneficial in protecting RBC structure and functions and blood circulation.
