摘要
目的 :探讨抗自由基药物对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗作用。方法 :选择近期 (就诊前 2个月内 )未经其他药物及手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者 2 8例 ,联合应用抗自由基药物 (尼莫地平、VitE、VitC、地塞米松 )治疗 1～ 2个疗程(每个疗程 7天 )。结果 :病人症状明显改善。改善率平均为 72 .9% ,疗效优良率 89.3 % ,平均随访 10个月。无复发或加重。结论 :这间接表明腰椎间盘突出所造成的慢性神经根损伤发病机制与自由基改变有密切关系 ,临床上可以应用抗自由基药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症 ,改善或消除症状 。
Objective:To discuss the treatment of anti-free radical medicine for the lumbar disc protrusion.Method:28 patients suffered from disc protrusion were selected for the treatment of anti-free radical medicine(nimodopine,dexamethasone,Vit C,Vit E)for 1～2 courses (7 days in one course).Result:After follow-up for average 10 months,symptoms of all the 28 patients were significantly improved.The results showed that the clinical excellent and good rate were 89.3%.Conclusion:The pathogenic mechanism of lumbar disc protrusion has a close relationship with the change of free radical in vivo.The anti-free radical medicine can stop the secondary damage and improve the clinical symptoms.
