摘要
目的：探讨烧伤后补锌对其他微量元素的影响。方法：ＳＤ大鼠随机分为烫伤前对照，Ｌ组（低锌组），Ｍ组（边缘缺锌组），Ｈ组（高锌组），均先用４μｇ／ｇ低锌饲料喂养１周。活杀对照组，其他３组致背部深二度烫伤１５％，补充不同剂量锌，观察血清锌、铁和红细胞脆性的变化。结果：Ｌ组血清锌下降，血清铁、红细胞脆性增加，Ｈ组血清锌明显增高，血清铁、红细胞脆性下降，Ｍ组的变化介于Ｌ、Ｍ组之间。结论：烫伤后缺锌使血清锌下降，红细胞脆性增加，血清铁上升，补锌降低红细胞脆性，血清铁下降。
Objective:To investigate the effects of zinc supplement on other trace elements and erythrocyte fragility after burn. Methods:The changes of serum zinc, iron and erythrocyte fragility were investigate in SD rats with 15% TBSA Ⅱ° burn injury on 1,3 and 7d postburn. Results:Serum Zn decreased, Fe and erythrocyte fragility increased in L group postburn, but serum Zn obviously increased, erythrocyte fragility and serum Fe decreased In H group when compared which L group. Conclusion:Supplement of diet Zn may significantly increase serum Zn and decrease serum Fe and erythrocyte fragility in postburn Zn deficient rats. Such effects may be related to the stablity of erythrocyte membrane.
