摘要
本文研究了3H-TNT在大鼠体内的毒物动力学。TNT的生物半衰期为9.3h,经气管内注入TNT的生物利用度为88.17%。TNT在工人体内的代谢物2.6-二硝基-4-氨基甲苯(DNAT)主要经尿排出,其排出量与TNT接触水平有关,与TNT皮肤污染量相关更为密切,提示有接触水平-效应关系,测定尿中DNAT可作为职业接触TNT的生物监测指标。根据TNT毒物动力学参数和TLV值的推算结果,结合职业接触TNT的人群资料,参考非接触人群尿中DNAT的本底值,初步提出TNT生物接触指数(BEI)为1mg/L。

88.17%。 DNAT(2,6-dinitro-4-aminotoluene),an importantmetabolite of TNT,is mainly excreted
through urine。The amount of DNAT elimination in urine was dependent onthe level of TNT
exposure,especially of the skin contamination。Determination of DNAT in urine may be used
asan index of TNT biological monitoring。 Based on the toxicokinetic parameters of TNT and
the estimation of TLV,as well as the data of biological monitoring in exposed population and the
background DNAT in urine of non-eX-posed population,the biological exposure index(BEI)in
urine for occupational exposure of TNT is suggested to be1mg/L DNAT。
