紫外线与TNT对哺乳动物淋巴细胞微核率的影响

摘要 单纯三硝基甲苯(TNT)染毒动物组和单纯紫外线照射动物组淋巴细胞微核细率分别为2.00‰和3.00‰,紫外线照射加TNT染毒动物组为6.75‰,微核率分别为2.00‰、3.67‰和7.25‰。单纯紫外线照射与TNT接触可使微核细胞率及细胞微核率略增,两种有害因素共存时,对遗传物质损伤无协同作用,只是相加作用。 Three groups of animals gave following results: (1 )The group with trinitrotoluene (TNT)exposure only, showed 2.00% of lymphocyte micronucleus; (2 ) the group with ultraviolet ray exposure only,showed 3. 00% of the micronucleus; (3)the group of being exposed to both factors,showed 6.75 % of the micronucleus.The micronucleus rate increased with the irradation of ultraviolet ray only,and it increased furthermore when TNT was added. It indicated that the concurrency of both noxious factors had synergistic effects on the genetic materials. It is then inffered that the increase of human lymphocyte micronucleus rate at high altitude is concerned directly with the intense ultraviolet ray.
