摘要
本研究证实瘫复康口服液对急性脑缺血动物具有明显的保护作用，能够减少脑组织的缺血性损伤；增加脑血流量，改善脑组织的缺血缺氧状况；并能改善血瘀动物的脑膜微循环障碍。实验结果提示该药对脑缺血的保护作用可能是治疗缺血性中风的作用途径之一。
The pharmacological effects of Tan Fu Kang oral liquor(TFK)was studied.The results indicated that TFK could protect the acute cerebral ischaemia and alleviate the damage of brain tissues.It was able to enhance the blood flow to the brain and improve the ischaemia and hypoxemia of brain tissues.TFK could improve blood viscosity and the meningeal microcirculation.These observation suggest that the protedive effects of brain ischaemia of TFK was one of therapeutical mechanism of ischaemic apoplectic diseases.
