摘要
采用沉淀法和高速组织捣碎机法研究了萘普生-β-环糊精包含物的制备工艺。测定包合物的溶出速率和红外光谱。结果表明:高速组织捣碎机法优于沉淀法,所得包合物中萘普生与β-环糊精的摩尔比为1:1,且试验重现性好,溶出速率显著提高,20min时溶出量为萘普生单体的16.5倍。
The inclusion complex between naproxen (1) and β-cyclodextrin was prepared by precipitation method (Ⅰ)and high speed tissue-smash machine method (Ⅱ). The dissolution rate and IR spectrum of the inclusion complex were determined. The results showed that method Ⅱ was better than method Ⅰ.When the inclusion complex is in a 1:1 molar ratio the dissolution rate was remarkably increased, and the amount of drug released in 20 min is 16.5 times that of the pure 1.
