摘要
本文选用共沉淀法制备了吲哚美辛-β-环糊精包合物(简称包合物)。经X-射线衍射法、差热分析法以及NMR法进行鉴定,证明吲哚美辛与β-环糊精(简称β-CD)确已形成包合物,吲哚美辛的苯环部分被个β-CD包合;含量测定证明主、客分子比为1∶1;经溶出度测定,包合物可明显提高吲哚美辛的溶解度及溶解速度。
The complex of indomethacin-β-CD was produced by co-precipitating method.Structure examination of X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetric method and nuclearmagnetic resonance, proved that the benzyl moiety of indomythacin was enveloped by β-CD.Quantitative analysis demmonstrated that the molecular ratio of indomethacin to β-CD in thecomplex was 1∶1,and that the solubility and dissolution rate of indomethacin were promotedwhen the drug was wrapped by β-CD.
