摘要
本文合成了以β-环糊精为主体、4.4'-联吡啶为客体的晶体包合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、差热、X-射线粉末衍射等分析方法确定了包合物的形成,实验结果表明:β-环糊精与4,4’-联吡啶分子形成摩尔比为2∶1的包合物,4,4’-联吡啶的吡啶环嵌入β-环糊精分子的疏水性空腔内.
he inclusion compound of β-cyclodcxtrin and 4, 4'-bipyridyl has been prepared and characterized by using the differential thermal analyses, infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffractometry and thin-layer chromatography. Chemical elemental analyses agree with calculated values. The experimental results show that β-CD formed 2: 1 host-vip compound with 4. 4'-bipy molecule which was included in the hyodrophobic cavity.Although the molar ratios between host and vip in inclusion reaction were changed,the products were identical. Because of formation of the inclusion compound, thermal stability of the host and vip molecules was increased.
