萘普生-β-环糊精包合物的制备 被引量:3

Preparation of Naproxen-β-cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex

摘要 采用饱和水溶液法制备了萘普生-β-环糊精包合物(Nap-β-CYD)。经正交试验优选出最佳制备工艺条件为:Nap2mmol,n(Nap)∶n(β-CYD)=1∶1,搅拌(800r·min-1)下于70℃反应1h。Nap-β-CYD经UV,IR,扫描电镜和X-ray衍射表征。Nap-β-CYD在水中的溶解度为Nap的4.8倍。 The inclusion complex of naproxen-β-cyclodextrin(Nap-β-CYD) was prepared by saturated aqueous solution method. The preparation process of Nap-β-CYD was optimized with orthogonal experiments, which were as follows: Nap was 2 retool, n(Nap) : n(β-CYD) was 1 : 1, the reaction was carried out at 70 ℃ for 1 h under stir rate of 800 r·min^-1. The structure of Nap-β-CYD was characterized by UV, IR, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The solubility of Nap-β-CYD in water was 4.8 times higher than that of pure Nap.
