摘要
以丁二酸和正丁醇为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成了丁二酸二丁酯,考察了影响酯化率的各种因素,确定了最佳反应条件为:丁二酸用量0.05mol时,正丁醇与丁二酸的摩尔比为2.5,0.12g催化剂,5mL甲苯作带水剂,反应时间30min,酯化率达98%以上.结果表明:硫酸氢钠是合成丁二酸二丁酯的优良催化剂.
Dibutyl succinate is synthesized from succinic acid and nbutyl alcohol with sodium bisulfate as catalyst. The effects of factors on esterification ratio are studied. The best reaction conditions are as follows: based on 0.05?mol succinic acid, the molar ratio of nbutyl alcohol to succinic acid is 2.5, mass of catalyst is 0.12?g, the taking water reagent is 5?ml, and the reaction time is 30?min. The esterification ratio is over 98%. The experimental results show that sodium bisulfate is an excellent catalyst for synthesis of dibutyl succinate.
