摘要
为了保证2003年全国社区卫生服务现状抽样调查的真实性、可靠性, 本课题组在文献复习的基础上,组织专家反复讨论, 设计出一套研究方案, 对具体实施情况提出了严格的质量控制措施, 并对调查员培训等情况进行了详细的规定。
To make sure about the facility and reliab ility of spot check on the status quo of community health service in China, the research team designed a study project, brought out rigid control measurement of quality on idiographic implementation, and made some rules in detail on trainin g for investigators on the base of literature review and organizing experts to d iscuss time and again.
