摘要
目的了解2000～2002年全国城市社区卫生服务中心财务支出状况。方法在全国范围内以抽样方法对2000年及以前建立的77个社区卫生服务中心进行调查。结果2000～2002年每中心的年均总支出分别为958．95万元、973．60万元和1008．80万元，年均递增速度为1．03％；每中心的年均业务支出分别为921．30万元、942．48万元和968．73万元，年均递增速度为2．54％；每中心年均其他支出分别为45．31万元、37．05万元扣46．74万元。结论2000年及以前建立的社区卫生服务中心在2000～2002年的财务支出呈递增趋势，为保证社区卫生服务良好发展，应节约开支项目与数量。
Objective To know the expense of the community health service centers in China from 2000 to 2002. Methods To collect the data from the 77 community health service centers （CHSC）, which were set up in 2000 or before, in China by sampling survey. Results From 2000 to 2002, the average expense of the CHSC were 9 589 500 Yuan, 9 736 000 Yuan and 10 088 000 Yuan, and the annual growth rate was 1.03 percent; the average expense for medical causes were 9 213 000 Yuan, 9 424 800 Yuan and 9 687 300 Yuan, and the annual growth rate was 2.54 percent; the annual average expense for the other causes were 453 100 Yuan, 370 500 Yuan and 467 400 Yuan. Conclusion The expense of the CHSC which were built in 2000 or earlier shows a growing tendency. The expense items and quantities of the CHSC should be saved for the sake of well development.
