摘要
目的 了解保定市城市居民的社区卫生服务利用情况及其对城市卫生服务网络功能的影响。方法 通过两阶段抽样方法 (随机整群和系统抽样 )调查保定市南市区、北市区和新市区 96 2户居民的健康状况和卫生服务利用情况。结果 居民的慢性病患病率为 2 2 72 % ,两周患病率为 7 83% ;自我医疗占居民未就诊原因的 47 7% ;居民在社区卫生服务站和市级医院就诊人次分别占 44 6 8%和 39 15 % ,在市级医院的住院人次占 81 40 % ;接受各种社区卫生综合服务的家庭占总家庭数的 0 6 3%～ 39 15 %。结论 保定市城市医疗卫生服务利用的分布出现了新的趋势 ,门诊服务主要集中在社区卫生服务站和市级医院 ,而住院服务主要集中在市级医院 ;自我医疗已成为保定市城市居民因病未就诊的最主要原因 ;
Objective To know about the urban residents′ utilization of community health services in Baoding city and its influence on the functions of the urban health services network.Methods 962 households in three regions of Baoding city were selected for the household survey through two stage sampling method - random cluster sampling and systematic sampling.Results Chronic disease prevalence rate of the inhabitants was 22.7% in 2000 year and that in the previous two weeks was 7.83%.The primary reason that patients didn′t see doctor was self treatment,which accounted for 47.7%,number of times for outpatients visiting the community health services stations and the hospital in city was about 44.68% and 39.15% respectively in total,while number of times for admissions into the tertiary hospitals accounted for 81.40% of the total.The percentages of the households which received the non-clinical community health services vary from 0.63% to 12.71%.Conclusion Distribution of the health services utilization has a new tendency,which is out-patient clinic service chiefly going on,self-treatment has become the primary reason that the patients didn′t see doctor,some problems of the provision of community health services and the corresponding solutions are also advanced in this article.
