摘要
本文用天然牛黄和人工配方牛黄的生理盐水溶液经37℃水浴24h后的上清液进行实验.结果发现各种牛黄对血压和心脏具有相同的作用.iv时麻醉猫和大鼠的血压先下降1~4kPa,然后升高1~2kPa,血压变化的持续时间为1~4min.增加在体和离休蟾蜍正常心脏,戊巴比妥钠、心得安、低钙心衰模型心脏的心肌收缩力,其中以心衰模型心脏的正性肌力作用最明显.减慢离体蟾蜍心脏的心率.各种牛黄上述作用的强弱次序为新人工牛黄Ⅱ,新人工牛黄Ⅰ,老人工牛黄,天然牛黄.
Natural and artifical Niuhuangs (Calculus bovis) were incubated in saline solution for 24 h at 37℃ then centrifuged. The supernatant was used. When Niuhuangs were administered by iv at the doses of 5, 15 mg/kg in anesthetized cats and 10,30 mg/kg in anesthetized rats the blood pressure decreased 1-4 kPa then increased 1-2 kPa. The changes of blood pressure were maintained for 1-4 min. The positive inotropic action of these Niuhuangs on frog heart was observed both in normal heart and pentobarbital-, propranolol- and hypocalcium-induced cardiac failure in vivo and vitro. But the effect of Niuhauangs on the heart of hypofunction was more powerful than that on the normal heart. The heart rates in cat and rat did not influence by Niuhuangs, however, the rates were decreased in isolated frog heart.The effects of new Niuhuangs on blood pressure and heart were more markedly than that of natural and old artifical Niuhuangs.
