摘要
本实验研究证明，胆红素含量不同的培植牛黄与天然牛黄一样，能显著或极显著降低大鼠的正常血压，能显著减少离体蛙心的收缩频率和输出量；而对离体蛙心的收缩幅度和大鼠的心电图无显著影响。表明牛黄对动物心脏和血压的影响与其胆红素含量的多少无正比关系。
Effects of various Bilirubinic Cultured Calculus Bovis on animal blood pressure and heart were studied in this paper .The results show that medium and low Bilirubinic Cultured Calculus Bovis significantly reduced the normal blood pressure in white mouse and significantly reduced the cardiac output and frequency of the isolatedfrog heart. No influence was observed on the myocardian contractive force of the isolated frog heart and electrocardiogram in white mouse after administration of various Bilirubinic Cultured Calculus Bovis.Moreover,the results indicate that effects of various Bilirubinic Cultured Calculus Bovis on animal heart and boold pressure almost have no direct relation to Bilirubinic content.
