摘要
采用活动记数法,热板法、电刺激法和扭体法,电惊厥法和化学惊厥法,观察胆红素含量不同的培植牛黄和天然牛黄的镇静、镇痛和抗惊厥作用。经实验研究证明,胆红素含量不同的培植牛黄与天然牛黄具有相近的镇静、镇痛和抗惊厥作用。中、低胆红素培植牛黄和天然牛黄均能明显减少小鼠自发活动次数,延长戊巴比妥钠的作用时间;显著降低醋酸所致小鼠的疼痛反应,但对电、热物理因素所致小鼠疼痛反应无明显抑制作用。此外,这3种药物对小鼠由电及苯甲酸钠咖啡因所致惊厥具有保护作用。因而表明,培植牛黄和天然牛黄的镇静,镇痛及对惊厥的保护作用与其胆红素含量无明显的相关性。
In this paper Sedative effects of cultured calculus Bovises with different Bilirubinic content and Natural Calculus Bovis were observed using activity counting method in rats.Analgesic effects of them were studied using hot-plate test , electric stimulation test and acetic acid writhing test in mice. Anticonvulsion effects of them were investigated using electric convulsion method and chemical covulsion method in mice. The experimental results indicated that low Bilirubinic Cultured Calculus Bovis(LBCCB), Middle BiIirubinic Cultured Calculus Bovis (MBCCB)and Natural Calculus Bovis (NCB) obviously inhibited the times of spontaneous activity in mice, significantly prolonged the effect time of pentobarbital sodium in mice, markedly reduced the pain induced by acetic acid in mice. But no obvious inhibit effects of them on pain response induced by electricity and hot were observed in mice. It was indicated that LBCCB、MBCCB and NCB had the protective effects on the convulsion induced by electricity and Caffeine Sodium Benzoate in mice. However, sedative, analgesic and anticonvulsion effects of the three kinds of traditional Chinese medicines had no relationship with bilirubinic content of them.
