天然牛黄对自发性高血压大鼠收缩压及脑组织中SOD、MDA和NO含量的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Natural Ox Gallstone on Intensity of Depressurization of SHR and the Content of SOD MDA and NO in Brain

摘要 目的:本项研究以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为研究对象,观察天然牛黄对SHR的降压作用和对海马组织中SOD、MDA和NO含量的影响。方法:观察单次灌胃给予3个剂量的牛黄后,SHR收缩压和海马组织中SOD、MDA和NO含量的变化。结果:单次灌服不同浓度的天然牛黄,均可以使SHR收缩压下降,但起效时间和作用强度不同。3种浓度的天然牛黄均可显著增加SHR海马组织中的SOD、NO含量,显著降低SHR海马组织中的MDA含量。结论:提示不同浓度的天然牛黄降压效果的特点不同,天然牛黄可能通过抗脂质过氧化损伤和调节NO含量以达到神经保护的作用。 Objective:This research studied on SHR to observe the effect of natural ox gallstone on intensity of depressurization of SHR and the content of SOD,MDA and NO in hippocampus.Method:Observed the change of intensity of depressurization and content of SOD,MDA and NO in hippocampus of SHR after single intragastric administration of three doses of natural ox gallstone.Result:Single drench with different density of natural ox gallstone could descend contractive pressure of SHR.And different dose was with different the intensity of depressurization and duration.Three doses of bezoar could obviously increase the content of SOD and NO in hippocampus tissue,and obviously decrease the content of MDA in hippocampus tissue.Conclusion:Different dose of natural ox gallstone was with different character in effect of decompression.And natural ox gallstone possibly has the effect of neuroprotection by obvious effect of anti-lipid peroxidation and regulation on content of NO.
