摘要
用筛选出的对鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒具有良好抗热保护作用的保护剂与该病毒悬液制成冻干制品 ,在 3 8℃作用 7、14和2 1d ,其ELD50 /( 0 .1ml)从冻干后的 10 - 3.5分别下降为 10 - 3.2 、10 - 3.5和 10 - 2 .0 ,下降率分别为 8.0 %、0 %和 42 .9%。
the best heating-stable protection was mixed with avian infectious bursal disease. They were heated for 7?d,14?d and 21?d at 38?℃.The EDL 50 /(0.1?ml)were 10 -3.2 ,10 -3.5 and 10 -2.0 ;the percent were 8.8%, 0% and 42.9%, respectively.
