医药大学生艾滋病知识、态度和行为相关因素分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的:了解医药大学生艾滋病知识水平及其对态度和行为的影响 方法:采用整群抽样的方法,抽取广州某高校公共卫生学院和药科学院三年级本科生共84 0人,采用匿名独立答卷方式进行调查 用Excel进行数据录入,SPSS1 0 . 0进行数据分析 将知识按得分高低分成两组,进行非条件Logistic回归分析 结果:知识部分1 6题,平均得分是1 1 . 6 3±2. 5 1 (0 - 1 6 ) ,其中传播途径得分是4 . 5 5±1 . 77(0 - 5 )、非传播途径得分是3 . 5 8±1 . 2 8(0 - 5 ) ,两者差异有统计学意义(t=- 2 4 . 2 1 ,p =0 . 0 0 0 ) 等级相关分析显示居住地在城市、有专业知识、父/母亲文化程度高的学生对艾滋病知识掌握较好 另外,艾滋病知识高低还与艾滋病人与感染者和一般人享有平等权利、择业时到艾滋病或感染者的科室工作、象对待正常人那样对待艾滋病服务对象和性生活正确使用避孕套等态度相关 多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果与等级相关一致 另外,对离自己较远的社会大环境态度较好,支持率达93 . 5 %;对与自己切身利益密切相关的小环境态度一般,支持率仅73 . 3% 两者差异有统计学意义(χ2 =5 70 . 6 6 ,p =0 . 0 0 0 ) 结论:大多数同学对艾滋病的基本知识掌握较好,但对传播途径仍存在一定的认识误区,提示应该加强有关艾? To introduce the knowledge level, attitudes and their actions to AIDS in the university students. Use cluster sampling to select students from Guangdong universities. Un-condition Logistic and Spearman relation were used to analyze the relation between knowledge and other factors. In the total 16 knowledge items in our questionnaire, the average marks were 11.63±2.51 (0-16). Among them, knowledge about ways which could translate AIDS were 4.55±1.77 (0-5), which couldn't were 3.58±1.28 (0-5), there were significant statistic between them(t=-24.21,p=0.000).Furthermore, Spearman relation told us that students who lived in city, had AIDS knowledge or high-education father/mother were higher marks than others. In the Other way, Spearman relation continued told us that if students had high marks, their attitudes about AIDS should have same right, they would go to the department which had AIDS, treated AIDS as normal, etc. were better. Un-condition Logistic confirmed the results of Spearman relation. [Conclusion] Most students hold AIDS knowledge, however, there were some misunderstands in the ways which could translate AIDS which couldn't. Knowledge maybe influence students' attitudes and their actions to AIDS such as AIDS should have the same title, select to work in AIDS department, use condom habit, etc. There still were many steps to enhance our AIDS knowledge till attitudes or actions changing for our AIDS workers.
