摘要
为探讨在一年级工科大学生中开展预防艾滋病、性病同伴教育的可行性,1998 年10- 11 月,在某工科大学整群抽样选取183 人为干预组,207 人为内对照组;在另一所工科大学一年级抽取207 人为外对照组。对干预组实施预防艾滋病、性病同伴教育,通过教育前后两次问卷进行近期效果评价。结果表明,干预组在教育后艾滋病、性病知识均分及问题答对率均有大幅度提高,与内、外对照组比较差异有高度显著性( P< 0-01),而内、外对照组提高不明显。提示在一年级工科学生中开展艾滋病/ 性病/
In order to investigate the feasibility of carrying out AIDS/ STD peer education among technologic freshmen,a quasi-experimental design was used to evaluate the impact ,which was a part of the AIDS/ STD/ safer sex peer education program The experimental and interior control groups were selected from the freshmen in a university of engineering in Beijing by cluster sampling,and the exterior control group came from another university of engineering in the same city The AIDS/ STD peer education program was carried out in the experimental group The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the knowledge levels between the experimental and the interior control groups at the baseline;the knowledge level of experimental group was significant higher than that of the two control groups( P <0 05)after intervention The study indicates that peer education about AIDS/ STD is both feasible and effective among the first-year technologic students
