摘要
采用“2～3岁儿童行为检查表”对西安市236名入托儿童的行为发育状况进行了研究,旨在探讨临床上较为常见的几种围产期高危因素对学龄前儿童行为发育的影响。结果发现:高危组儿童的单项行为症状发生率、行为因子负荷分、行为异常的发生率及行为异常的严重程度均显著高于正常对照组;与行为问题显著相关的主要危险因素为:低出生体重、早产、过期产、分娩异常及新生儿期疾病。提示高危儿的心理卫生保健更为迫切,而降低早产、低出生体重、过期产和异常分娩以及新生儿期疾病的发生率,则是减少高危儿心理行为问题的关键。
In order to inquiry the effects of perinatal risk factors on the development of behavior in preschool children,we studied 236 health children who are 2~3 years old using CBCL. Results showed:the prevalence of positive single behavior symptome;scores of behavioral syndrome,and behavior disorder in high risk group were significantly higher than that in control group . Low - birth-weight (LEW), preterm, overdue, abnormal delivery and neonatal disease were related to behavior problems. So, comparing with health children, the psychology health care of high risk children is more urgent. The key to decrease the prevalence of behavior problem in high risk group is cutting down the rates of preterm,LEW,overdue,abnormal delivery and neonatal disease.
