摘要
以白菜叶为试材,用常用的异硫氰酸胍法、尿素法及Tris-硼酸法,比较其提取RNA的质量和纯度。结果表明异硫氰酸胍法提取RNA的质量好、纯度高、提取效率高;尿素法提取RNA成本低、RNA质量也较高;而Tris-硼酸法则较适合于酚类物质含量的材料RNA的提取,其RNA的产率较高。
Guanidine thiocyante method,urea method and modified Gomez method were employed to isolate total RNA from leaf non-heading Chinese cabbage.The quality and quantity of RNA were compared among three methods.Results showed that RNA extracted by guanidine thiocyante method had good quality and high purity,and the urea method had low expense,while the Tris-borate method produced more RNA and was fit for plants with high phenolic compound.
