摘要
20世纪末以来,为矫正过于狭窄的专业教育的弊端,我国高校纷纷采取加强通识教育的应对举措,但客观而言,我国高校的通识教育实践还远未触及通识教育的根本精神。其根本原因有三:一是缺乏自由教育的根基,使通识教育观难以生根发芽;二是强大的功利主义传统制约了通识教育思想与实践的生长空间;三是我国现代大学的组织形式及学科制度客观上抑制了通识教育的发展。
From the end of the twentieth century,many institutions of higher education in China began to strengthen general education to correct the specialized education.But the practice is far from reaching its nature.There are 3 fundamental factors:the lack of liberal education as the basis,the restriction of the strong utilitarian tradition;the exercise of the organizational and disciplinary system of the modern university.
