21世纪社会经济的发展和高等教育的改革给对高校管理干部队伍提出了新要求,高校要通过完善机制、严格管理、教育培训。
The social and economic development and the higher education reform in the 21st century present new requirements for the managerial cadres in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of their managerial cadres by means of perfecting mechanisms, enforcing management, educational training, practice, etc.
