摘要
建设一支高质量的高校管理干部队伍 ,是新时期推进高等教育事业全面发展的一项重要而紧迫的任务。本文系统分析了新世纪高校管理干部应当具备的基本素质 ,针对新时期高校管理干部队伍建设的特点 ,提出了加强管理干部队伍建设的措施。
Enhancing the quality of managing cadre of universities is an urgent task for promoting the higher education development in our country in the new century. The basic accomplishments which managing cadre of universities must have was analysed in this paper. Several measures on enhancing the quality of managing cadre of universities was put forward according to feature of managing cadre ranks construction in the new century.
