摘要
高校管理队伍素质建设工作是高校实施素质教育的关键环节之一。本文就目前高校管理队伍素质建设中存在的问题,从三个方面分析了这些问题产生的背景、现实的状态及其危害性,并对此提出了解决这些问题的八项措施,藉此让大家了解并重视此项工作的现实意义,使高校管理队伍的整体素质得以迅速提高,发挥出其在高校改革和发展中应有的作用。
Quality building of the administrative team is the crucial factor to enforce the quality education.This paper from three aspects to analyze the background,condition and the harmfulness of the present problems of it.The paper also puts forward eight solutions to solve these problems so that we can know and attach importance to the practical significance of it.we can improve the all-round quality of universities administrative quality promptly and give full-scope in university referm and development.
