摘要
我国民办高等教育进入了一个提高办学质量、增强办学实力的新时期,在这一时期,加强民办高校管理队伍建设显得重要而紧迫。民办高校管理队伍建设要从民办高校的特点出发,本文针对目前民办高校管理队伍中存在的问题,提出了对民办高校管理队伍的素质要求及队伍建设的有效措施。
Nowadays the private higher education has entered a new period of improving education quality and strengthening education power. In this period, boosting up the development of management staff in private colleges is urgent. The development of management staff shall take into the consideration of the characteristics of private colleges, aiming at the problems of the development of management staff in the colleges. This article puts forward the quality requirements for the management staff and effective methods to develop them.
