阐明了数字美术馆的概念及其组成部分,指出在建设过程中应面对的法律问题,在建成后应采取的几种法律保护措施,并对数据库的法律保护提出了建议。
The article describes the concept of Gallery and its composition, and points out the law problem during the construction period, several legal protection measures after construction, suggestions of legal protection .
