文章探讨了数据库版权保护的原则及其不足 ,介绍了特殊权利保护的背景与演进过程 ,分析了特殊权利保护的主要内容 。
The paper expounds the principles of copyright protection for database,and the dificiencies in this respect.It introduces the main content of sui generis right protection,cooks ahead to the future,makes seme suggestions to protection of database in China.
