摘要
互联网络的发展、信息技术的进步在促进全球信息高效传播的同时也对现行的知识产权法律体系提出了一系列新问题 ,成为学术界普遍关注的热点。本文对以往的学术研究进行了综合概括研究。
The development of Internet and information technology not only promote technology efficient dissemination of global information but pose a series of new problem to the present intellectual property,which has become the focus of general concern of the academic circle.The thesis is intended to provide a comprehensive generalization of the research findings in the past.
