通过案例讨论了信息资源知识产权保护的意义与面临的挑战,国际利益集团在此领域的主要立场,提出了数字化时代知识产权制度建设应坚持个体利益与公共利益统一的目标。
The paper explored the significance and challenge of intellectual property rights protection based on the case studies and the overview of international benefit group's position on the issues. It further discussed the goal of balancing between rights owner and the right users in the digital environment.
