摘要
目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (Matrix metalloproteinase- 2 ,MMP- 2 )与结直肠癌浸润转移的关系。方法 :经手术证实的 30例患者均进行 MMP- 2免疫组化染色。结果 :76 .6 7%结直肠癌患者的肿瘤细胞表达 MMP- 2 (2 3/ 30 ) ,定位于胞浆 ,其中弱阳性 13例 ,阳性 4例 ,强阳性 6例 ;MMP- 2的表达与肿瘤分期、淋巴转移相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :结直肠癌组织中 MMP- 2表达的程度能够反映肿瘤的浸润。
Objective: Colorectal cancer is one of the most common carcinoma. The Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are enzymes related to the tumor metastasis. A lot of researchs had been done the relations between MMPs with the tumor gross pathology such as tumur type, stage, size and so on.Methods: Duke's A were 7, Duke's B 12,Duke's C 9 and Duke's D 2.11 were ascending colon cancer , 5 were descending colon cancer and 12 were rectal cancer. 30 patients were proved by operation and pathology. All cases had been done immunohistochemistry stain with MMP-2. Results: 76.67% patients'tumor cell of colorectal cancer expressed MMP-2 protein(23/30), which located in cytoplasma; in all 30 colorectal cancer patients, 7 were negative, 13 were positive, 4 were slight positive, 6 were strong positive. The expression of MMP-2 was related to stage of cancer,the lymph metastasis,but not related to the position of the tumor and pathology type.Conclusion:MMP-2 expression in colocrectal cancer by using immunohistochemistry technology can manifest the tumor stage.
