口腔鳞癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2与血管生成的关系 被引量:6

Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 and Angiogenesis in Oral squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要 目的 观察口腔鳞癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶 -2 (matrixmetalloproteinase -2 ,MMP -2 )表达及其与微血管密度 (microvesseldensity ,MVD)的关系 ,探讨MMP -2对口腔鳞癌血管生成的作用和意义。方法 应用SABC免疫组织化学法检测 40例口腔鳞癌组织MMP -2表达和MVD ,并分析MMP -2表达与MVD及它们与口腔鳞癌组织临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 癌组织中MMP -2高表达显著高于癌旁组织 ,癌旁组织MMP -2低表达亦明显高于正常组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。MMP -2高表达、MVD与口腔鳞癌病理分级和临床分期无关 ,与口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。癌组织中MMP -2高表达的MVD均显著高于MMP -2低表达者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 口腔鳞癌组织MMP -2高表达与MVD及口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移有密切关系 ,MMP Objective To detective the role and the significance of MMP-2 on angiogenesis in oral squamous cell carcinoma through observing the relationship between the expression of MMP-2 and microvessel density (MVD)in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues. Methods SABC immunohistochemical staining was detected the expression of MMP-2 and MVD in various regions of oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues and normal tissues. the relationship between the expression of MMP-2 and MVD, as well as their relationship with clinicopathologic factors were analyzed.Results The expression of MMP-2 and MVD were negative or low in normal tissues. The high expression of MMP-2 in cancer tissues was significantly higher than in the paracancerous tissues ) P < 0.05 ), The low expression of MMP-2 in paracancerous tissues was significantly higher than in the normal tissues ( P < 0.05 ). The high expression of MMP-2 in the oral squamous cell carcinoma tumor tissue was related to tumor invasion and neck lymph node metastasis. The MVD in the cases with the high expression of MMP-2 was significantly higher than in those with the low expression of MMP-2 in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion The high expression of MMP-2 was significantly associated with MVD and neck lymph node metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma, MMP-2 might be one of the important factors in the angiogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
