摘要
目的 检测基质金属蛋白酶-2(Matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)及CD105标记的血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)在胃癌中的表达,探讨二者在胃癌发生发展及转移中的作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法,分别检测MMP-2和CD105标记的微血管密度在不同临床病理特征之间的关系.结果 胃癌组织中MMP-2表达阳性率为66.7%,明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,胃癌中的血管密度明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,MMP-2及血管密度在胃癌中的表达均与分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关,MMP-2阳性的血管密度明显高于阴性组.结论 MMP-2和CD105参与胃癌的发生和进展,MMP-2能促进胃癌中CD105阳性的血管生成.
Objective To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2)and mierovessel density ( MVD ) marked by CD105 in gastric carcinoma and investigate their relation in pathogenesis, development and metastasis in primary gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and MVD was detected in tissues with different pathological characters by immunological histological chemistry. Results The positive rate of MMP-2 expression in gastric carcinoma was 66.7%, which was signifiantly higher than that in the normal gastric tissues. The MVD in gastric carcinoma was upregulated compared with the normal tissues. The expression of MMP-2 and MVD in gastric carcinoma was correlated with differentiation,penetrating depth and lymph node metastasis. The MVD was upregulated in tissues with positive MMP-2 expression compared with the controls. Conclusion MMP-2 and CD105 may be involved in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. MMP-2 can promote the angiogenesis which expresses CD105 in gastric carcinoma.
