摘要
蛋白质芯片技术是一种新型蛋白质分析技术,对近年来蛋白质芯片及其在食品检测分析方面的新进展做一简要的评述。
Based on the biosensor concept with imaging ellipsometry, the protein chip was developed as a new technique for protein analysis. At present, it has been one of research focuses. In this paper,the recent advance in protein chip and its application in food safe analytical chemistry is reviewd.
