蛋白质芯片技术及其在动物源性食品检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,蛋白质芯片技术以其平行性、高通量、灵敏度高、样品用量少及检测速度快等优点,成为生命科学研究的一种新的技术平台,因而倍受人们的关注。本文针对蛋白质芯片技术在动物源性食品检测中的应用进行了简要综述,并探讨了其在食品安全检测中的应用前景。
