摘要
本文在分析科学基金管理特点基础上,提出了基金管理人员素质要求和对高校科学基金管理队伍建设的建议。
This thesis analyzes the science foundation management. After this, some considerations are put forward to quality and construction of the teams of science foundation management in colleges.
