摘要
现代科技正在形成高潮 ,面对新的形势 ,高校科技管理人员应具备哪些素质才能紧跟现代科技发展步伐 ,本文从亲身体验的角度回答了这一问题 ,认为现阶段高校科技管理人员只有具备扎实的文化知识、良好的思想素养、较强的管理能力、开拓的时代意识等几方面的素质 ,才能适应现代科技发展的要求 。
Starting from his own personal experience, the author argues that faced with the new situation in which modern science and technology are developing rapidly, competent scientific research managerial personnel should have solid cultural knowledge, good integrity, satisfactory managerial competence and an era consciousness of opening up. Only thus can they meet the needs of the advance of modern science and technology and promote their high-speed development.
