摘要
从国家基金管理应体现时代特征、对评审专家进行反评估、保护交叉(非共识、原始创新)项目、项目应“宽进严出”、学科资助名额分配要科学和申请书的完善等6个方面,对改善国家自然科学基金管理提出了思考性意见。
This paper gave you some reflective ideas of improving the management of the National Natural Science Foundation of China by analyzing six aspects The management must be able t o reflect the characters of the era;We should revaluate the experts who h ave evaluated projects;Protecting intercross projects(Projects with dis-agree,original innovation projects);and Applying project will be easy bu t the completing must be severe;To is sue the quota of people who will be grante d by discipline must be scientific an d should have perfect requisitions.
