摘要
从数量、经费、学部、人员年龄结构和学历及基金项目取得的成果几个方面分析了我所“九五”和“十五”(到2004年为止)期间国家自然科学基金运行状况,在此基础上,提出今后我所在基金项目管理上应加强的几个方面:提高对基础研究的重视程度、加强基础研究的创新性、加强基金项目立项后的管理、强化服务创新意识、提高科研管理水平。
Based on the analysis of quantity, funds and persons of national natural scientific foundation of soil and fertilizer institute ,CAAS,in the Ninth and Tenth Five Years Plan, some ideas for the management of NSFC are put forward, they are to pay more attention to basic research, to birth forth more new ideeas, strengthen the management after the project were approve and to raise the management level.
