运动干预胰岛素抵抗的外周机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 胰岛素抵抗是糖尿病、高血压、高血脂和冠心病等多种"胰岛素抵抗综合症",特别是Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)发病的重要基础。胰岛素抵抗的机制十分复杂,根据胰岛素的作用环节,将其机制分别在胰岛素受体前、受体及受体后三个水平上进行探讨,目前的研究认为胰岛素抵抗主要是受体后信号传导障碍所致。运动能改善胰岛素抵抗,但究其干预的确切机制是发生在胰岛素受体水平还是受体后水平目前尚无定论。 Insulin resistance is the important base of syndrome about insulin resistance such as diabetes ,high blood pressure , high blood fat , and coronary heart disease, especially the typeⅡdiabetes. The mechanism of insulin resistance is very complicated, according as the functionary approach of insulin, this study discusses the mechanism of insulin resistance on the level of pre-receptor, receptor and post-receptor, and the present researches consider that the main mechanism of insulin resistance is the obstacle of signal transduction on the level of post-receptor. Exercise can improve insulin resistance, but the specific mechanism of insulin resistance exercise induced on the level of receptor or post-receptor is not sure.
