运动与骨骼肌胰岛素信号转导的研究进展

摘要 胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance)是2型糖尿病的重要发病机理之一,运动能显著改善胰岛素抵抗,增加胰岛素敏感性,目前认为,运动的这些效应可能与运动改善了靶器官上胰岛素的受体后信号转导过程有关。综述了近年来有关运动对骨骼肌胰岛素受体及受体后各相关信号传导蛋白的影响。探讨运动防治2型糖尿病的机制。 Insulin resistance is one of the important machanism of the NIDDM.Exercise can remarkably improve insulinre sistance and enhance insulin sensitivity.It is believed that these effects are probablely assiociated with the improved cause of insulin signal transduction.This article reviewed the studies about the effects of exercise on insulin receptors and relative proteins involved in signal transduction and discussed the possible mechanism.
