冠心病患者胆红素水平与发作性心肌缺血和颈动脉粥样硬化关系的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察血清胆红素水平对冠心病的影响及胆红素与发作性心肌缺血、颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法对100例冠心病患者(冠心病组),应用Holter进行检测,根据有无发作性心肌缺血分为发作性心肌缺血组41例,无发作性心肌缺血组59例;100例健康体检者(正常组)均测定血清胆红素水平及应用超声测定颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果冠心病组血清总胆红素、结合性胆红素、非结合胆红素水平显著低于正常组(P<0.01);冠心病与颈总动脉IMT增厚关系密切,颈总动脉IMT>1.0mm和0.8~1.0mm二部分的血清总胆红素、结合胆红素、非结合胆红素水平IMT<0.8mm者均显著降低(P<0.01和P<0.05);发作性心肌缺血组与无发作性心肌缺血组间胆红素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低水平胆红素对冠心病、颈动脉粥样硬化的发生有明确的促进作用,但对发作性心肌缺血无明显影响。
