摘要
本文对117例冠心病并有发作性心肌缺血者的24小时 Holter 监测结果进行分析,共检出缺血发作1123阵;24小时内清晨5～8时发作最多,占21.7％;心率增快时发作缺血者67例(57.3％);有典型心绞痛者11例(9.4％),全程无症状者60例(51.3％);缺血时有无疼痛与 ST 段下降程度及有无心梗病史无关。
The results of 24 hours Holter monitoring in 117 CHD patients with intermittent myocardial ischemia were analysised.Altogether 1123 fits of myocardial ischemia were found. Circadian rhythms showed that the highest rate of fits was in the morning 5-8 O'clock.There were 67 cases (57.3%) their myocardial ischmia occurred when heart rate increased.The ischmic ST segment changes accompanied with typical angina were observed only in 11 cases (9.4%).60 cases (51.3%) showed ischemic ST segment changes without symptoms.Myo- cardial ischemia with or without angina did not correlate with the degrees of ST segment depression and also did not correlate with the history of MI.
