摘要
妇女赋权是生殖健康的核心内容之一，它通过赋予妇女权力和机会，转变那些客观上存在性别歧视和社会不平等的一些结构和制度，增强妇女在社会、政治、经济上的权力，实现性别的平等与发展，改善妇女地位，使妇女生育率客观上得到控制。本文从妇女赋权的角度出发，通过妇女赋权对生育水平影响的路径分析来探讨从根本上解决贫困地区控制人口的可能途径：通过实现妇女赋权，增强妇女的自主性、独立性，促使妇女地位的提高，从而使妇女的状况得以改变，降低生育率。
Being one of the key issues in reproductive health, women's entitlement, which is meant togive rights and chances to women, can change the structures and systems of sexual discrimination andsocial inequality, strengthen women's rights in the society, and in polihcal and economdc fields, realizesex equality and development, improve women's social status and consequently control women's fertilityrate. In terms of women's entitlement, possible paths leading to the solution of population control inpovelty - stricken areas are discussed in this whole. The achievement of women's entitlement has influence on women's fenility. If women's independence and inihative are encouraged and strengthened, and their siuation could be changed and social status be improved, then the sex and social economic equality will be realized, and fertility will be controlled.
