摘要
以"增权"为核心的"增权理论"为少数民族妇女发展提供了新的思路与模式。用"增权理论"对少数民族妇女的发展作出新的解释,区别于传统的以性别为中心视角所作出的积极努力和探索。从"增权理论"概念出发,分析云南少数民族妇女在发展过程中的权力障碍,结合云南少数民族妇女发展的实际,提出从"个体增权"、"社会增权"和"制度增权"三个不同的维度来提升少数民族妇女自身权力和能力,谋求发展的途径。
The ＂empowerment＂ as the core of the＂empowerment theory＂,provides a new idea and model for the development of minority women.This paper attempts to give new explanation to the development of minority women from the perspective of empowerment.At the same time,it is a new angle which is different from the traditional view of gender and made positive efforts to explore.This article begins with the concepts of empowerment,and analyzes minority women＇s powerlessness in the development of process,and finally proposes three different dimensions empowerment model： individual empowerment,social empowerment and institutional empowerment,under the actual development of minority women in Yunnan Province,to enhance their authority and capacity and seek approaches of their development.
