摘要
研究并大力推广和普及各种鲜果的防腐、贮藏、保鲜、运输和加工技术,对确保商品品质,季产年销,丰产丰收,以供应国内外日益增长的需求,实为果实生产发展的一项重要环节,这是国家“六五”、“七五”科技重点攻关项目,也是以后相当长时间内需要深入研究、解决的问题.
In this paper ,the new advances in modern fruits storage and fresh technology of national and international were comprehensively introduced, including Produce region storage, cold storage,Controlled -atmosphere storage,reduced Pressure Storage,antiseptics,radiation treatment,ionizing irradiation, storage and transportation equiments, check instruments, Packing material, Storage and ortation disevibution, biotechnological fresh, and so on, Problems of Post harvest treatment which were Still existed were discrssed too.
